Dear users,
I’m pleased to share with you some updates regarding the latest product release of SAP Conversational AI in July!
Feature of the month: Conversation Logs
Understand your users better and debug faster by accessing, analyzing, filtering, and exporting anonymized user conversations! Export the conversations, understand what went wrong, and fix it in minutes to provide better bots for your users.
Fetch entity enrichments with API
Save time in your bot building! Import large numbers of entity enrichments from an external database, using a service API.
Test your API when fetching entity values
Secure your bot building! Test the API service that you have configured for fetching the entity values in your chatbot, directly in the platform.
Custom messages
Improve your bot development experience by creating custom messages to consume your bot’s memory and API service response directly into the platform.
Confidence threshold per intent and entity
Manage entities and intents with more granularity by setting a specific matching strictness for each of them individually.
End-user skill trigger
Improve the user experience and resolution rate by configuring a ‘go-to’ button that lets your users directly trigger a skill without the action being interpreted as an utterance.
Deprecations
Endpoint that manages gazettes
As of August 2020 release, the endpoint that manages gazettes (/gazettes) will be removed. Use the endpoint /entities to carry out all the actions associated with /gazettes. In the entities JSON, the key gazettes will be replaced by entities.
Endpoint that manages skill resolution
As of August 2020 release, no calls will be made to the/errors endpoint of the base URL anymore to report errors during skill resolution. You can use the Conversation Logs feature that is now available to analyze such errors.
Wait…there is more!
